Who are Statesman Appliances?

Statesman Appliances were born in 2004, when one of our primary suppliers became disillusioned with the quality of products coming from the major manufacturers. Quite literally they went "back to the drawing board" and came up with a range of appliances which were affordable, simple to operate, and reliable.

What if something goes wrong?

Statesman Appliances all come with a 2yr manufacturer's warranty that covers both parts and labour. Even today, this comprehensive level of backup is only offered by premium brands such as LG, Bosch/Neff, Miele, and Liebherr.

Not only that, as authorised service agents, should you have an issue with anything, you can contact their service center or call us directly. This means there is no half-hour waits on the phone to a premium rate number, or you can come in and deal with us face to face! We also endeavour to complete all in-warranty jobs within 3 working days of reciept of parts, and all outside of warranty jobs within 5 working days.
